We found the bed reasonably comfortable, the shower good, and the staff were always very pleasant. However, our room felt a bit rundown - the bathroom mirror had noticeable chips broken off along the edges, the kitchenette floor and some spots on the carpet appeared stained, the fabric on the headboard was very worn. Also, housekeeping was inconsistent and often incomplete. They'd leave more clean towels when we didn't need more, but forget to refill the toilet paper, or kleenex, or the coffee/tea pods. Our stay was about 10 days long, and at least 3 times we had to ask the front desk for refills of one thing or the other. The location was perfect for our needs, but I think for our next visit I would try an alternate place to stay.

Great location close to convention center , Safeway right across the street with Starbucks inside . Restaurants close by and many food choices to pick from . China town within walking distance . Hotel had complimentary breakfast it wasn’t the best , bland food , but I wasn’t there for that . Housekeeping was Great had kitchen, fridge ,dishes . Had a room with balcony which I was able to sit outside while it snowed . Hotel staff friendly and helpful . I would definitely stay here again ! Thank you Hilton

Wouldn't recommend this hotel. When I arrived, there was furniture with an obvious stain that looked like seminal fluids. I brought this to the property's attention, but over the course of my 3 night stay, absolutely nothing was done about. Things like this can be missed between guests, I get it, and that didn't bother me. But they absolutely nothing about it for my whole stay. That's just gross and unacceptable. At the end of my stay, they gave me a pittance of points, which are useless since I'll clearly be avoiding Hilton properties going forward.

I was a little disappointed in the first room that they put us in because it didn't look anything like the room I had booked online. When I spoke to the manager Angie about it; she was very, very nice about changing my room to something that was much larger and much nicer. And she also sent up a plant for me and my husband since we were celebrating our anniversary. What I didn't appreciate was there was no way to park your car in front of the hotel and a valet person had to meet you out front the hotel to take your car and park it down inside a garage that we were never allowed to go into.Only the attendants were allowed inside the garage. The cost to park your car was $45 a night but because we owned a truck we were charged $65 a night. One night after dinner, the parking attendant took a car and parked it in the garage and later he came up to our room and knocked on our door and told us that we left two packages in the car. We were aware that we had left two packages in the back seat on the floor of the car on purpose, so it was strange that he bothered to look in the backseat on the floor and bring up two bags that we purposely left there when he was only supposed to be parking the car. For these reason I will most likely not return to this place.
